Rod blanks don't come much lighter, more powerful or more sensitive than those in the Steez series. Super High Volume Fiber graphite combines precise resin control with unidirectional graphite fiber to produce a blank with maximum graphite density. Bias construction techniques resist twisting of the graphite for less stress, better casting accuracy and greater hook-setting power. Lightweight Air-Beam™ reel seat eliminates excess weight from the core of the reel seat. Machined-aluminum fore-screw nut eliminates seldom-used traditional foregrip to reduce weight. Fuji® Titanium-Framed SiC guides are cutproof and corrosion-resistant. Air-Foam™ grips are lighter than cork or ordinary EVA foam, yet offer a firm, nonslip grip. This adds non-woven, longitudinal graphite fibers to the basic SVF bias construction for hypersensitivity. Limited lifetime warranty.
